{"id":36783,"date":"2025-12-24T15:30:24","date_gmt":"2025-12-24T11:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ge.dreametech.com\/?page_id=36783"},"modified":"2026-02-03T15:11:18","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T11:11:18","slug":"exchange-or-return-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ge.dreametech.com\/en\/exchange-or-return-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Purchase Exchange or Return Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Online Purchase Exchange or Return Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Definitions of terms:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remote Contract<\/strong> \u2013 this contract, which is deemed to be entered into between the store and the customer, by the customer on the website: <a href=\"https:\/\/ge.dreametech.com\/en\/\">ge.dreametech.com<\/a> From the moment the order is placed;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Store \/ Online Store<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/ge.dreametech.com\/en\/\">ge.dreametech.com<\/a>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>User <\/strong>\u2013 An authorized person on the online store's website who purchases products by placing an order remotely;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Item\/Product<\/strong> \u2013 Goods posted for sale by the store on the website;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return of the item<\/strong> \u2013 The consumer's right to return products purchased remotely to the online store in compliance with the rules and conditions established in this agreement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Replace item<\/strong> The customer has the right to exchange remotely purchased products in accordance with the rules and conditions set forth in this agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>I <\/strong><strong>Chapter<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong><strong>Return of Distantly Purchased Products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>General Return Conditions<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Products purchased online or remotely can be returned without providing any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase.;<\/li>\n<li>In case of return, the customer can <a href=\"https:\/\/ge.dreametech.com\/en\/\">ge.dreametech.com<\/a> request the return of purchased products through the personal account on the website. The user is required to fill in the details of the order and the product on the said page (hereinafter \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/ge.dreametech.com\/en\/return-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>\u201eItem Return Form\u201c<\/u><\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>After the item return form is completed, the store will provide a response via email and\/or other communication methods within 3 (three) business days.<\/li>\n<li>After the 14-day period for returning an item has expired, the customer will no longer have the opportunity to request its return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Transporting a returnable item<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of a return, the customer must arrange for the delivery of the product to the corresponding retail store. (address omitted) and\/or arrange for the shipment of the purchased item via a courier company to the addresses specified in this clause.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item during its transportation.;<\/li>\n<li>If the customer wishes to use a courier service for the return of the item, they will be responsible for the cost of such a service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Refund<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of a product return, the customer will be fully refunded the invoiced value of the product within 5 (five) business days of the product's return.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will only be issued to the customer's bank account from which the purchase transaction for the item was made.<\/li>\n<li>If an item is purchased via bank installment plan, the amount paid will be credited to the customer's \u201euser balance.\u201c If equipment is purchased via an installment plan, the funds in the balance can only be used to purchase equipment available in the company's retail locations. The funds in the balance cannot be used to purchase various other types of accessories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Second <\/strong><strong>Chapter<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong><strong>Exchanging remotely purchased products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>General Conditions for Exchanging Online Purchases<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Products sold at a promotional price can be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Purchased products can only be exchanged for products from the same brand \u2013 for an item of the same value, or for a more expensive item with an additional payment.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is obligated to inspect the condition of the product after delivery and 5.1. Within the period specified in clause 5, express the intention to return the item through any communication channel and\/or by appearing in-store.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is obligated to check with the store in advance, within the time frame specified in clause 5.1, whether it will be possible to exchange the item. In the event that it is not possible to exchange the item\/exchange, then the rules for product returns will apply. Furthermore, the store may only offer the customer products that are available at the specific store in the specific city;<\/li>\n<li>Upon expressing consent to an item exchange, the store reserves the right to confirm or deny the exchange request within 3 (three) business days.<\/li>\n<li>After the period specified in the clause has expired, the store reserves the right to refuse the customer's request to exchange the purchased products.<\/li>\n<li>Returns and exchanges for purchased products are permitted only once.;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Transportation of a replaceable item<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they must personally deliver the product to the retail store in the respective city (without an address).<\/li>\n<li>The customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item during its transportation.;<\/li>\n<li>If the customer wishes to use a courier service for an exchange, they will be responsible for the cost of that service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Third <\/strong><strong>Return and\/or Exchange Policy for Purchased Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Condition of returnable and\/or exchangeable products<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Returnable and\/or exchangeable products:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Must not be programmatically activated, used, or otherwise compromised;<\/li>\n<li>The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased (with its lint, special protective layers, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Must be returned in a usable condition with the invoice;\n<ul>\n<li>Products to be returned and\/or exchanged must meet the criteria specified in this section.
